If approved for adoption, I will provide a safe, loving home for all adopted Hardin County Community cats and kittens, focusing on basic needs such as feeding, water, socializing and medical care as needed. I agree to keep newly adopted cats and kittens separate from current pets and provide a safe introduction. I am aware it sometimes can take weeks for a new pet to become comfortable in a new home.

I WILL NOT DECLAW my Hardin County Community adopted cat.

I understand Hardin County Community Cats is not responsible for any injury, damage or harm caused by the cats and kittens to any person, animal or property. I understand that the cat or kitten(s) is healthy to the best of knowledge of the rescue and all medical needs have been addressed.

If I am unable to keep the adopted cat/kittens, I will inform Hardin County Community Cats immediately. I will surrender them without refund, and they will be provided with a new loving and safe home.
